Head Kinesiologist
Jacob Hamilton
Jacob grew up in Lacombe, Alberta, where he developed a passion for athletics on. He participated in various sports throughout high school, including volleyball, basketball, football soccer, and cross country. His diverse athletic background led him to pursue sport performance training and injury rehabilitation.
He began his post-secondary education at Red Deer College playing on the Men’s soccer team for three years. Captivated by Nanaimo's stunning landscape and recreational options, he later graduated from Vancouver Island University in 2022 with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. Jacob strives to create a welcoming and calming environment promotes healing, utilizing evidence-based practices to offer effective, personalized rehabilitation and strength training programs.
In spare time, Jacob enjoys running, golfing and playing soccer. He is also a certified Functional Movement Screen Professional and has completed specialized courses like 'Shoulder Optimization' and 'Optimizing the Aging Adult' to enhance his expertise in practice.

Kinesiologist
Emily Jundzis
Emily grew up in the Cowichan Valley, where she played soccer and field hockey throughout her early years. She later discovered a passion for strength training, which eventually led her to pursue a career in Kinesiology.

She began her Bachelor of Kinesiology at Camosun College in 2021 and became a Certified Personal Trainer during the second year of her degree. Now a graduate, Emily is excited to apply her skills and knowledge to support others on their wellness journeys.

With experience working in multidisciplinary clinics alongside physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals, Emily works with clients in a variety of ways, including injury prevention, rehabilitation, movement education, and strength and conditioning.

She is committed to creating a supportive and empowering environment, helping individuals build confidence, improve function, and discover enjoyable ways to stay active and achieve their goals.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys strength training, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her friends and family.
